Quilts

This pink star quilt was made by my mom and she used lots of older fabrics
and just some newer ones. We were sandwiching the quilt, when the photo was taken.

This very small quilt was made from a fabric from about 1950
(a leftover from our childhood clothes) and is used as a doll blanky.

This is a very special hexagon quilt. Entirely made by hand, using the english method.
All very light colours and all was from what mom had in the cupboards. While working on this quilt, we
saw many old dresses and blouses from our childhood and that makes this quilt so special.
The quilt is used daily and has been washed many, many times.
